How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Sales can extend processing times an extra 3 business days depending on an influx of orders.
Shipment is usually 3-5 days unless ordered from “ immediate ship “ those items ships same day and receive to you 1-3 days.WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE NOT BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE A WEEKEND / HOLIDAY IN PROCESSING OR SHIPPING TIMES !

- Processing 1-5 business days & shipping takes up to 3-5 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner. This process can take up to about 1 week unless states otherwise.
- All hair is preordered! Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.
Can I make changes to my order?
- Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.
when Should I receive my order ?
• processing is up to 8 days for items on sale and 5 days for non sale items . After the 8 full days for processing that's when you will receive tracking unless an delayed happened. Than it will shipped and received to you in 3-5 business days . Processing/shipping days include Monday - Friday only. Doesn't include weekends/holidays.
Are samples of the hair available?
- No, we don't offer hair samples.
Do you offer refunds on this hair?
- All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges.
- Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact USPS Or the carrier that was sent to you for further details once you receive tracking number.
